Wolsey is a large city located in the Lower Region of Kemburg, Kemburg. It is the second largest city in Kemburg, to Kemburg City, the capital city of Kemburg. Wolsey has a population of 108,760 as of a census in March 2014. It is known for taking up approximately a seventh of the population in Kemburg. The city of Wolsey is split into four boroughs, the largest being North Wolsey, which has a population of 38,790. The current mayor of Wolsey is Seb Johnson, a politician for the Conservative Party.

Wolsey is considered the cultural, financial, and commercial heart of the Lower Region of Kemburg, and along with Kemburg City, is a global city. It is however only ranked as a sufficiency level city, which have a sufficient degree of services to not be dependent on world cities. It is also known for education, and currently houses the most primary and secondary schools in the Kingdom of Kemburg, despite Kemburg City housing the largest University in Kemburg, the University of Kemburg.

Wolsey is home to the largely invested football club, Wolsey Athletic, which has won two First Division titles, in the 1974-1975 season and the 1977-1978 season. In 2013, the club was bought by a Russian billionaire, named Dmitry Rybolovlev and since, has invested in many different players. These include star Adlibitan striker, Bogdan Serban, and Prasian star footballer, Leonardo Blanco.
